Leveraging a cutting-edge refinery process, we deliver nanocellulose derivatives engineered for precision -customizable in functional groups, fiber structure, and crystallinity to meet diverse industrial needs.

Nanofiber Products

An innovative seaweed-based nanocellulose that is neutrally charged, with long fibers of 301 to 500nm in length and diameters of <50nm. Seabind™ (uncharged) is an excellent choice for applications where compatibility with non-ionic systems is critical. Its stable structure delivers exceptional reinforcement, improved viscosity control, and mechanical strength without altering the ionic balance of your formulation. This option is ideal for applications in composites, coatings, or formulations requiring chemical neutrality.

SEABIND™

Seabind™ is our seaweed-derived nanocellulose platform, designed to deliver high-performance reinforcement and binding across a wide range of applications. Available in both charged and uncharged forms, it offers tunable properties for everything from composites and coatings to adhesives and formulations, providing sustainable performance without compromise.

Strong Binding & Reinforcement – Exceptional mechanical strength and adhesion from high-surface-area nanofibers.

Versatile Compatibility – Charged and uncharged options allow stability in ionic systems or neutrality in non-ionic systems.

Functional Performance – Enables rheology control, particle suspension, and viscosity tuning for advanced formulations.

Hemplyte™ is our nanocellulose refined from hemp stalks, engineered to be a cost-effective, sustainable reinforcement material. With moderately short, stiff fibers and balanced performance, it is optimized for applications that demand strength at scale - most notably in concrete and cement systems.

High Strength at Low Cost – Boosts compressive strength in concrete while remaining the most economical option.

Efficient Reinforcement – Stiff nanofibers with moderate dispersibility provide structural enhancement without excess viscosity.

Balanced Performance – Lower crystallinity (70–75%) offers an optimal mix of durability, processability, and affordability.

Nanofiber Functionalities

Our nanocellulose platform is engineered into distinct series, each tailored to unlock specific functionalities across industries. By controlling fiber length, diameter, surface chemistry, and crystallinity, we offer materials that can tune viscosity, reinforcement, and compatibility in diverse formulations. From high-viscosity gels to crystalline reinforcements and hybrid blends, each series provides unique performance advantages designed to meet the demands of advanced materials and applications.

U-Series

Long, flexible nanofibers typically 5–20 nm in diameter and several microns in length. Highest viscosity and rheological properties.

C-Series

Short, slightly carboxylated, and highly crystalline nanofibers typically 500-800 nm in length and 5–50 nm in diameter.

S-Series

Mixture of crystalline and amorphous fibers, slightly sulfated, and typically 500nm to several microns in length and 5–50 nm in diameter.
